Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Remove finished goods from the production line and efficiently stack them on pallets for storage or shipment
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with quality control and logistics departments to coordinate production activities
• Perform duties near machinery and forklift trucks in a fast-paced environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe workspace
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to uphold sanitation standards

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability to work the 2nd shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)
