Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels
• Double-check copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report maintenance needs
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to supervisors to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience using scanning and computer devices
