Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble, perform quality checks, and package products according to Standard Work Instructions
• Meet or exceed team production goals on a consistent basis
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and other conveyances
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Monitor equipment operations to detect and report malfunctions
• Wear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the assigned work area

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing assembly line environment
• Ability to stand and remain active for 8 to 10-hour shifts
• Ability to work in a semi-climate-controlled production facility
• Flexibility regarding work hours and scheduling
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with light quality control processes
