Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes following written instructions and Magnolia quality standards
• Prepare ingredients through chopping, dicing, slicing, and washing
• Maintain a clean working environment and appropriate storage of utensils and supplies
• Handle, prepare, and store food in compliance with food safety standards
• Finish products to specific visual requirements
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment including mixers and ovens
• Complete production sheets and other required records
• Perform opening and closing duties as instructed
• Communicate product status and quality control issues to management

Requirements

• Food Handler's license required upon hire
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Basic baking and cooking knowledge
• Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment like mixers and ovens
