Production Associate II

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system testing and functional checks on equipment including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, AHUs, and DX cooling units.
• Verify mechanical installation quality, airflow direction, cooling capacity, and sensor functionality.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by preparing test stations and assisting with measurement steps and data readings.
• Set up instrumentation such as temperature probes, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
• Record test results accurately and maintain documentation including measurement sheets, defect logs, and deviation records.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when working near electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with senior testers, engineers, and quality teams to support daily testing schedules and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC system testing and equipment verification.
• Proficiency in performing functional checks on CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and AHUs.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings.
• Experience with instrumentation setup and the use of diagnostic measurement tools.
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and LOTO procedures.
• High attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting.
