Production Associate II

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to moderately complex mechanical or electrical assembly using hand and power tools
• Set up, maintain, and calibrate equipment to ensure production accuracy
• Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products conform to specifications
• Monitor machinery and report necessary repairs to the maintenance department
• Manage parts bin quantities and notify management when supplies are low
• Document production and quality actions by completing required forms
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and promote company safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a manufacturing production environment
• Basic computer literacy and basic mathematical skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including extensive walking, standing, lifting, and bending
• Ability to read and interpret written documentation and follow verbal instructions in English
