Production Associate II

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• Maintain material flow throughout the plant with a sense of urgency
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices
• Participate in defining and improving standard work to ensure product quality
• Identify and communicate production problems or issues
• Assist with training co-workers and support a respectful workplace
• Perform other duties across the plant as directed by management

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure, fractions, and decimals
• Proficiency in operating power tools with dexterity
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds
• Capability to work in hot and cold environments
• Strong math skills including addition and subtraction
• Ability to follow Standard Work instructions and safety protocols
• High school diploma preferred
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of WTS Paradigm
• Experience with various ERP functionality
