Production Associate II

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• Perform various windows and doors assembly operations
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices
• Work to established rates based on customer demand
• Identify problems and communicate issues to management
• Assist with training co-workers and support a respectful workplace
• Maintain material flow throughout the plant

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to operate power tools with dexterity
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs
• High school diploma preferred
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals)
• Ability to use computer systems for navigation and identification

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of WTS Paradigm
• Experience with ERP functionality
