Production Associate I

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• Maintain material flow throughout the plant with a sense of urgency
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices
• Participate in defining and improving standard work to ensure product quality
• Identify and communicate production problems or issues
• Assist with training co-workers and support a respectful workplace
• Perform various duties across the plant as directed by management

Requirements

• Ability to read tape measures, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to operate power tools with dexterity
• Ability to identify safety hazards and follow PPE protocols
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently for 8 to 12 hours a day
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, twist, push, and pull for long periods
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs
• High school diploma preferred
• Proficiency in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of WTS Paradigm
• Experience with ERP functionality
