Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Work in functional areas including Kitchen, Plating, Pick and Pack, and Shipping/Receiving
• Receive and prepare raw ingredients
• Assist cooks and chefs during the cooking process
• Plate meals and fulfill customer order boxes
• Ensure product quality meets company standards and maintain accuracy in weighing/portioning
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following safety, GMP, and SQF policies
• Comply with OH&S regulations and use required personal protective equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, including bending, twisting, and walking
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C)
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Apps
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Open availability for operational hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a food production facility
• Level 1 First Aid certification
