Responsibilities

• Blend, grind, and stock roasted coffee
• Fill, weigh, and seal bags of coffee
• Operate and maintain packing, sealing, weighing, and blending equipment
• Stock warehouse shelves
• Print, label, stock, and maintain inventory of all packaging items
• Ensure packaging meets quality standards
• Maintain well-organized supply areas and a clean workstation
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Warehouse and Production area

Requirements

• Ability to bend, twist, lift, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand comfortably for 8 hours a day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive, friendly, and tenacious attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Coffee industry experience is a plus
