Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery packs and related components with precision
• Perform quality inspections and spot checks
• Operate and maintain equipment including cleaning and lubrication
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
• Utilize tightness testing equipment to ensure product integrity
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow MSDS and emergency procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to meet visual acuity requirements
• Able to wear steel-toed work boots

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
