Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards
• Perform assigned tasks as per the Master Task List
• Resolve practical problems and handle various concrete situational variables
• Promote a safe and healthy production environment through safe work practices
• Lead and direct operators to ensure production integrity
• Support field personnel and engineering staff with production data management
• Assist in analyzing production trends and performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
