Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety, and quality standards
• Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
• Perform quality assurance testing on goods and products
• Manage inventory and organize materials in warehouses
• Utilize forklifts to load orders and move materials
• Prepare goods for shipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing
• Previous experience as a production worker or similar role
• Ability to follow directions accurately and maintain attention to detail
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
