Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production and assembly tasks within assigned work areas
• Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
• Follow production guidelines, specifications, and manufacturing manuals
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Monitor processes and carry out basic quality checks and assurance testing
• Utilize forklifts to transfer equipment and load orders
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor
• Manage inventory and report deficiencies in raw materials using an ERP system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
• Ability to work in environments that may lack climate control
• Strong technical, mechanical, and organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions accurately and detect machinery problems
• Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
