Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks to optimize production operations and ensure high quality
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, including gowning and documentation
• Participate in audits to assure safety, compliance, and efficient line operations
• Support the site 5S program by maintaining organized materials and workspaces
• Perform material movement, including retrieving raw materials and delivering finished goods
• Execute cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities
• Conduct testing and inspection activities to support Manufacturing Records
• Work on assembly lines for filling, labeling, kitting, and packaging various product types

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience as a Production Associate
• Ability to perform simple math calculations
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from pallet to ground
• Ability to write and print legibly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or food industry
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or FDA regulated industries
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Life science graduates with an interest in manufacturing
