Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough, including measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Monitor dough temperature, perform metal detector checkups, and record batch data.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated equipment such as dough dividers, dough bots, and tray washers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production machinery, rooms, floors, and walls.
• Perform chemical testing and monitor water pressure/temperature in the tray wash area.
• Rotate through various positions including the production room, dough cooler, and tray washer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production process materials, thermometers, and gauges.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions and non-climate-controlled environments (33 to 90+ degrees).
• Ability to stand, climb, and walk on a continual basis throughout a shift.
• Availability to work a rotating schedule, including holidays.
