Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks
• Support equipment checks and report any issues
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Food production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
