Production Associate, Decoration

Responsibilities

• Stage and validate orders for production, including inventory and material verification
• Trim threads, backing, and excess materials from decorated goods
• Inspect decorated pieces for placement, adhesion, color accuracy, and appearance
• Log and pull defective or non-conforming pieces for the Production Lead
• Fold, bag, and tag finished pieces according to job tickets
• Assist machine operators with loading, unloading, and setup for embroidery, heat transfer, DTG, and screen printing
• Proactively restock machine supplies like thread, backing, and transfer paper
• Support warehouse receiving and shipping fulfillment tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
• Ability to stand and move on feet for a full 8+ hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain quality at a consistent production pace
• Adaptable and self-directed work style
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly
• Manual dexterity for trimming and finishing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer processes
• Experience with quality inspection or production workflows
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
