Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded products for appearance and size defects
• Conduct recurrent tests and inspections of functional features
• Assemble cartons for packaging and ensure proper packing patterns
• Square, glue, seal, and label packed cartons
• Transfer cartons to finished product skids
• Identify production line jams and assist as necessary
• Perform line shutdown tasks and housekeeping duties
• Complete packaging-related paperwork accurately
• Assist with training new hires and temporary staff

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pull, push, and reach for extended periods
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
