Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards
• Review work orders and prepare materials
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment
• Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens
• Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery
• Inspect finished products and report defects
• Prepare products for shipment through labeling, packing, and loading
• Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labour, construction, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours
• Ability to lift and maneuver products (30-50lbs)
• Proficiency using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Availability for a two-week shift rotation (6AM-3:30PM and 3:45PM-1:15AM)
• Availability for overtime and Saturday shifts as required
