About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble window material components on an assembly line
- Perform repetitive tasks including insertion, positioning, clamping, and splicing
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble parts
- Observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury
- Maintain ability to stand or walk on concrete floors for up to ten-hour shifts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing, general labor, or construction
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally above shoulder height
- Proficiency with basic measuring instruments and general mathematical knowledge
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and collaborate within a team
