About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble windows using hand tools, saws, punches, and drills
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist production and participate in cross-training
- Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Commitment to safety and excellent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction
