Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded products for appearance, size, and length defects
• Conduct recurrent tests and inspections of product functional features
• Assemble, square, band, heat seal, and label packed bundles
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment including routers, saws, and heat tunnels
• Maintain accurate line packaging paperwork and production records
• Assist with color and product die changes and line shutdown tasks
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety standards
• Communicate quality and status updates between shifts

Requirements

• 6+ months of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read draft drawings and use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below waist
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
