About the role
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and produce component parts for window assembly
- Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units
- Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks
- Cross-train and rotate on various workstations
- Load window sash components and assemble vinyl grids
- Perform quality audits and problem-solving activities
- Utilize production reports for planning
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift
- Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
- Proficiency in basic mathematics including fractions and decimals
- Ability to read and interpret statistical data and written instructions
- Capable of using computerized equipment
