Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window assembly
• Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks
• Cross-train and rotate on various workstations
• Move carts in and out of production work areas
• Load window sash components and assemble vinyl grids
• Offload insulated glass units to carts
• Perform quality audits and problem-solving activities
• Final loading of window units into trucks

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to read and interpret statistical data and productivity reports
• Capable of using computerized equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
