Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded products for appearance, size, and length defects
• Conduct recurrent tests on functional features like nail slot depth and weepholes
• Assemble, square, glue, seal, and label cartons for packaging
• Pack finished products into cartons and transfer to skids
• Maintain accurate line packaging-related paperwork
• Assist with color and product fixture changes and line shutdown tasks
• Communicate product quality and work status with previous and following shifts
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain workstation supplies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 86lbs continually and team lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to perform extensive standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and walking
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
• Reliable work history preferred
