Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded products for appearance, size, and length defects
• Conduct recurrent tests on functional features like nail slot depth and weepholes
• Assemble, square, glue, seal, and label cartons for packaging
• Pack finished products into cartons and transfer to skids
• Maintain accurate line packaging-related paperwork
• Assist with color and product fixture changes and line shutdown tasks
• Communicate product quality and work status between shifts
• Perform housekeeping and maintain workstation supplies

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
