Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Read routing and perform work as assigned by department supervisor
• Track production on schedule boards
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform general labor in different departments of the shop facility
• Move raw materials using overhead crane and forklift

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high production manufacturing
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical data
• Proficiency in general mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, percentages, division)
• Experience using power hand tools
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures, protractors, and micrometers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
