About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate various CNC controlled machines including presses, lasers, and rolling mills
- Utilize scanning equipment for production tracking
- Inspect work visually for defects according to quality standards
- Provide cost saving suggestions to improve production and eliminate waste
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and follow all protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow posted schedules
- Basic Microsoft knowledge
- Willingness to work overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related production area
- Experience with forklifts, banders, nail guns, or overhead cranes
- Experience with saws, stretch wrap machines, or pneumatic equipment
