Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Conduct equipment changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning/sanitizing tasks
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and assist in root cause identification
• Execute SAP and MES data entries and transactions
• Use precision measuring instruments including microscopes and calipers
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards
• Work collaboratively within a team to maximize effectiveness and reduce downtime

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred (two years of manufacturing experience required in lieu of diploma)
• Experience with visual inspection and quality control processes
• Ability to use precision tools such as calipers and microscopes
• Basic troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work a rotating schedule (A Shift: 6AM-6PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
