Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Conduct equipment changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning/sanitizing tasks
• Execute basic troubleshooting and assist in root cause identification processes
• Perform SAP and MES data entries and transactions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards
• Work collaboratively within a team to maximize effectiveness and minimize downtime

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred (two years of manufacturing experience required in lieu of diploma)
• Ability to read, speak, and write English
• Willingness to work the B Shift schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers or microscopes
