Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment including mixing, bagging, spray drying, and fluid bed drying machinery
• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure timely loading and shipment
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to the maintenance team
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent hazards
• Use basic computer skills for accurate record keeping and data entry
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve production processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50-55 pounds repeatedly
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator in designated areas
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperature and noise levels
• Must pass a post-offer physical and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in feed, grain, or supplement processing or manufacturing
• Ability to work various shifts as needed
• Experience operating powered lift equipment or forklifts
