Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure timely loading and shipment
• Operate machinery including mixing, bagging, spray drying, and fluid bed drying equipment
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean worksite to prevent hazards from chemicals and fragile products
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to improve processes
• Operate powered lift equipment as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50-55 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator in designated areas
• Ability to pass a post-offer physical and drug screen, including continual random drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work any shift
• Experience in feed, grain, or supplement processing or manufacturing
