Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of animal feed and supplements
• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure timely loading and shipment
• Perform processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, including mixing, bagging, and spray drying
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues to the maintenance team
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite to prevent hazards
• Adhere strictly to all safety and quality standards and guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50-55 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered lift equipment
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator in designated areas
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in feed, grain, or supplement processing/manufacturing
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
