Production Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Support various production processes including assembly, sanitation, packaging, labeling, blending, and equipment operation.
• Review work orders to determine required materials, ingredients, and procedures for daily production.
• Assist in the selection, measurement, and weighing of ingredients using balance scales and English measures.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used for mixing and processing ingredients according to SOPs.
• Record accurate production and test data, including processing steps, weights, and batch results.
• Perform cleaning and sterilization of equipment and preparation areas to prevent microbial or cross-product contamination.
• Inspect and pack final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to temperature extremes, dust, and noise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
