Production Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Support various production processes including assembly, sanitation, packaging, labeling, blending, and equipment operation
• Review work orders to determine required materials, ingredients, and procedures
• Assist in the selection, measurement, and weighing of ingredients using balance scales and English measures
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used for mixing and processing ingredients according to SOPs
• Record production and test data, including processing steps, weights, and batch results
• Perform cleaning and sterilization of equipment and preparation areas to prevent contamination
• Inspect and pack final products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Adhere to cGMP, GDP, safety protocols, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to temperature extremes, dust, and noise
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders up to 12 feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
