Production Associate 2 (Welder)

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble window frames
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials based on specifications
• Use various hand tools to manually construct window units
• Perform quality inspections and audits to ensure high-quality welds
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S, PPE, and LOTO procedures
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for the entire shift
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
• Proficiency in basic mathematics including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and diagrams
• Capable of using computerized equipment
• Ability to operate foam filling machines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
