Production Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Perform saw and welding operations
• Fabricate and produce component parts for window assembly
• Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units
• Lift glass onto build tables and roller racks
• Move carts in and out of production work areas
• Load window sash components for processing insulated glass units
• Assemble vinyl grids for placement within insulated glass units
• Offload insulated glass units to carts
• Utilize production reports to assist in production planning
• Perform quality audits and engage in problem-solving activities

Requirements

• Ability to measure lengths accurately using a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below waist
• Proficiency in basic math including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and interpret statistical data and written instructions
• Capability to use computerized equipment
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for long periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
