Production Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Assemble patio doors and operate saws
• Fabricate and produce component parts for window assembly
• Use hand tools to manually construct window and patio door units
• Lift glass onto build tables and roller racks
• Load window/door sash components for insulated glass units
• Assemble vinyl grids for placement within glass units
• Perform quality audits and problem-solving to ensure work quality
• Utilize production reports to assist in production planning

Requirements

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
• Ability to lift over 70 pounds continually above shoulder height and below waist
• Proficiency in basic math including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and interpret statistical data and written instructions
• Capability to use computerized equipment
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for long periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred
