Production Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Place spacers onto glass light and 2nd glass lite according to quality specifications
• Maintain consistent cycle time for the production line
• Move carts in and out of the production work area
• Communicate quality and mechanical issues to leadership or maintenance staff

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift
• Fine motor skills for precision placement and alignment
• Ability to work in tandem with another operator
• Ability to locate minor quality defects in glass, grids, and spacers
• Ability to comprehend written work instructions and quality documents
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
