About the role
Responsibilities
- Operating ARPAC / Packing machine
- Lifting and transferring window units from conveyor into pallets or shipping carts
- Performing quality checks on windows to identify defects or deviations
- Sorting and palletizing window units according to type and size
- Ensuring accurate counting and proper stacking/storing of products
- Moving pallets and carts using appropriate tools and equipment
- Following safety protocols and maintaining 5S housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for the entire shift
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and production processes
- Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/4 inch
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and interpret productivity reports and written instructions
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
