Production Associate 12

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production in manufacturing areas and manage the operation of machine equipment and processes
• Acquire and demonstrate the skills needed to achieve validation in all machine responsibilities
• Participate in root cause assessments regarding safety, product quality, and productivity issues
• Lead routine and specialized run activities, including start-up, troubleshooting, and shutdown
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing all required paperwork
• Provide input on equipment and process improvement initiatives
• Support team training and communicate effectively to ensure seamless shift transitions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights)
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as part of the shift rotation
• Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices
• Willingness to work overtime as required to meet business needs
