Production Associate 1

Responsibilities

• Fabricate grid units in the Glass Department
• Maintain consistent cycle times for the position
• Select correct schedules for the grid rollforming machine
• Assemble grid segments and identify proper hardware
• Move carts in and out of the production work area
• Communicate quality and mechanical issues to leadership or maintenance

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift
• Fine motor skills
• Ability to learn computer programs for production equipment
• Ability to work in tandem with other operators
• Ability to locate minor quality defects
• Ability to comprehend written work instructions and quality documents
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
