Production Associate 1

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded products for appearance, size, and length defects
• Conduct recurrent tests and inspections of functional features
• Assemble, glue, seal, and label cartons for packaging
• Operate packaging equipment and maintain workstation supplies
• Perform line shutdown tasks and assist with color or product fixture changes
• Complete all line packaging-related paperwork accurately
• Maintain housekeeping duties and assist with production equipment maintenance
• Communicate quality and status updates between shifts

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 86lbs continually and team lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pull, push, and twist for extended periods
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
