Production Associate 1

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble component parts for window assembly
• Operate various hand tools and saws to build window units
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks
• Operate fabrication dies and stretch wrapping equipment
• Perform quality audits and problem-solving activities
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines
• Participate in cross-training and rotation with other operators

Requirements

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
• Proficiency in basic math including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and interpret statistical data and written instructions
• Capability to use computerized equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
