Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations across labor, equipment operations, facilities, and general production needs
• Perform hands-on work to keep the site safe, organized, clean, and operationally ready
• Assist with material movement, staging, loading, unloading, and site logistics
• Operate or assist with equipment and tools as needed based on training and site requirements
• Support facilities-related tasks including site setup, repairs, and maintenance coordination
• Help construction, tunneling, operations, and maintenance teams execute daily priorities
• Identify site issues, bottlenecks, or safety concerns and communicate them to the team
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while working around active construction and heavy equipment

Requirements

• Experience in construction, general labor, equipment operation, facilities, or a similar hands-on environment
• Ability to lift, move, carry, stage, and organize materials safely
• Comfortable working on an active construction site around heavy equipment and tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow direction, work independently, and communicate clearly
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
