About the role
Responsibilities
- Transmit all necessary details to production for client orders and ensure rigorous follow-up until delivery
- Ensure compliance with company technical specifications for clients
- Coordinate deliveries by booking appropriate carriers to meet deadlines
- Transmit billing information according to finance department directives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality customer service
- Perform any other related tasks associated with the role
Requirements
- College diploma in office administration, logistics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar position (asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English for regular communication with English-speaking partners
- Experience in customer service
- Strong sense of priorities, autonomy, initiative, and flexibility
- Knowledge of FileMaker (asset)
- Knowledge of the printing industry (asset)
