Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Run daily productions for multiple product lines
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery
• Ensure all equipment and workspace meet professional cleanliness and food safety standards
• Maintain accurate production, delivery, and dispatch records in line with SALSA accreditation
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with rigid food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a food or beverage production environment
• Ability to operate production and packaging machinery
• Strong attention to detail regarding record-keeping and paperwork
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment without temperature control
• Flexibility to work shift-based hours and an on-site schedule in Walthamstow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SALSA accreditation or similar food safety standards
• Ability to perform minor mechanical maintenance on equipment
