Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of MARTA pop-up activations and guerrilla sampling missions in Atlanta
• Manage a field team of nine Brand Ambassadors, including staffing, coverage, and break management
• Oversee field logistics, including transportation of apparel, demo kits, and branded assets
• Partner with senior marketing leadership to recap insights and performance
• Ensure all activations meet safety, compliance, and brand standards
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for real-time issue resolution
• Manage reporting using field marketing tools like Main Event and Network Ninja

Requirements

• Experience leading experiential activations, tours, or field marketing teams
• Strong logistical and operational capabilities
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and manage physical setup/breakdown
• Reliable transportation and familiarity with Atlanta geography and MARTA
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, high-traffic public environments
• Comfort working around regulated product categories

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kava, Kratom, or energy drink sampling programs
• Prior tour management or large-scale field event experience
• Expertise with Main Event or Network Ninja platforms
• Background in guerrilla or street-team marketing
